- Local Processing: To perform detailed psychological analysis and research, data is downloaded from the Swiss servers to our secure local infrastructure in Singapore.
- Global Access: As an international consultancy, we may access the server from various jurisdictions while traveling.
- Legal Basis: Both Switzerland and Singapore provide robust data protection. Transfers are conducted for the performance of our services for you, for statistical analyses, or based on the adequacy of protection standards in these jurisdictions.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: Data transmission is protected via SSL/TLS encryption.
- Secure Access: When accessing data from public or unsecured networks, we utilize a Swiss-based VPN (Proton VPN) to ensure an encrypted tunnel.

We retain your personal profile and identifiable test results as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal identifiers will be erased. Please note that anonymized data used in aggregate research sets may remain, as it no longer identifies you.
